From a Yoga Instructor

Ashley and I meet all kinds of people selling our soap at shows. Most of the time, this is good. We had an amazing time meeting great people at the Country Living Fair last October! Sometimes this is bad, like at the Boulder Creek Festival this year.

Some of our favorite people are at the Boulder Farmer’s Market. Last month we met an energetic woman named Laura Kupperman who sampled lots of our products but particularly enjoyed the Body Bling Whipped Shea Butter. She was well versed in natural oils, butters, and ingredients and we struck up a nice conversation. Turns out she runs her own Yoga studio where she offers sessions for kids, adults, and cancer survivors.

Natural products are important for everyone, but particularly for people undergoing chemotherapy. It was serendipitous to cross paths with someone in direct contact with people whose skin is affected so harshly by the treatments to cure cancer. We gave her some Shea Butter samples and our Honey Almond Oatmeal soap (with a goats milk base) and she promised to try them out on her and her clients’ skin.

She’s since written up a nice review and placed us on her website. She said:

Serendipity Bath Co. – try the Whipped Shea Butter Cream. Gentle enough for chemo-sensitive skin, yet still smooth, creamy, and deliciously non-greasy. Pure magic.”

We love positive testimonials, but particularly when it comes from people who are involved in healing or being healed with our products.

Thanks Laura! We hope to see you at the Farmer’s Market next month!
